Imperial Rack Toys Imperial toy is still around to this day, their main and most popular product line are bubbles although they made some amazing dime store toys in the 1970s. In the 70's, Imperial used the popular Hanna Barberra characters to sell their bubble toys.. When do you ever see Jabber Jaw merchandise? I mean really? Imperial was also responsible for great dime store toys like these poopatroopers, I bought a few of these.
